HIITOPIA is a high-intensity workout that allows you to burn fat, calories, and tone your body in a fun environment.

Zumba

 

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.

A portion of proceeds from personal training and group fitness classes will be donated to March of Dimes.
